For clients wishing to explore a career change or pursue entrepreneurial options (including franchise opportunities), Navigator assists with research and arranges for consultations with former executives who also pursued alternative career paths. Navigator also offers to arrange – at no cost to our clients – for a licensed Ameriprise® Senior Financial Advisor to conduct a confidential analysis of their individual personal finances to assist with short and long-term planning.
The Navigator Career Center is designed to ensure executive clients have an inviting and supportive environment for networking, coaching, telephonic interviews, and research. In stark contrast to some large outplacement firms where executives are relegated to administrative-grade offices shared with non-management clients, Navigator offers executives access to finely-appointed private offices with premium amenities. Home office clients have access to all of the reference materials in the Navigator library as well as essential administrative support.
